Are you looking to create a professional looking email signature? Keep reading to learn how to create one using Canva.
There are two methods for creating email signatures on Canva;

Using Existing Templates
- Go to the main page and type in email signature in the search bar.
- A huge variety of templates will appear. Proceed to select one by clicking on it.
- Then click on customize this template. And edit the template once you are redirected to a new tab.

Using a blank template
- Click on the + icon which is the first template result from the email signature search.
- You will be redirected to a new tab with a variety of email signature templates. this option allows you to use multiple templates if you are designing a multiple page signature.
- Select a template and customize it. You can also add pages and select different templates for the subsequent pages.
- Once you are done, click on the share button at the top right corner and click on download.
- Then download your email signature.
